The apartment is sunny and bright, because it is located on the south side of the house. It has a private entrance with a spacious corridor area from which the two rooms can be reached separately. In addition to the fully equipped kitchen area there is also a handicap accessible bathroom with washing machine (top loader, 6 kg.) The drying rack can also be placed outside of the front door or in the garden.

The larger room can be used as a living room with a dining table, pull-out couch (160x200), TV, internet connection (WLAN & cable.) The smaller room has a French bed (200x140). The apartment is at ground level, suitable for walkers or small wheelchairs. The bathroom has folding handles on the toilet and a long, vertical handle on the shower.

The floors in the rooms are covered with oak parquet. The hall, kitchen and bathroom are tiled.

In front of the house between flower boxes there is outdoor seating, from which you can see a view of the lake.
