The apartment is on the ground floor to the right. All windows look out onto the garden, and the apartment has its own seating area with afternoon sun.

The apartment has two bedrooms of the same size, a handicap accessible bathroom, and a small kitchen with seating for 2 people.

The first room next to the kitchen is set up as a living room with a dining table and sofa bed (140x200cm.) The second is a bedroom with a French bed (200x140 cm) which is in the corner of the room, so only one long side of the bed is open (therefore the apartment is a little cheaper.) In the bedroom there are also 2 comfortable armchairs, a television, and internet (WiFi + cable connection.)

In the hallway, kitchen, bathroom and living room there are tiled floors, the bedroom has parquet floors. For guests of apartments Bertha and Clara there is a washing machine in one of the garages with deck chairs and cushions available for use.
